Key Points of Frontier’s Refund Policy

· Customers will get the refund back to their original payment mode within 7 to 10 days after making the Frontier refund request.

· The refund amount will be credited back to the same bank account through which the payment for the Frontier flight ticket was made.

· In case of a booking through a travel agent or a third-party website, the refund may take 20-25 business days to the customer’s bank account.

· Award ticket is non-refundable.

· If the passenger fails to board the plane on time, the Frontier will charge 90% of the total airfare as the No-Show fee against them.

As per the refund policy of flyfrontier.com, passengers have to submit the refund form within 72 hours of the ticket cancellation, otherwise, Frontier will cancel their refund without permission.

2. Fill out the Frontier cancelled flight refund form carefully.

3. Submit the online form and then wait for seven business days to receive the refund.
